I came to loves as I do every Thursday morning when I pass through I am a owner operator I choose to fuel and I take my shower and drink my coffee I must say I saw new cranky faces I am already frustrated from the road.i asked where the graveyard woman was the one that greated me with a smile made sure I had a clean shower and made sure that when I got out my coffee was ready they told me she was fired fired for having two jobs! I never have I heard of someone being terminated for two jobs this goes to show a lot for loves travel stop they didn’t keep her for working hard having happy customers and a clean store in which tells me loves logo is lies I will take my fuel elsewhere and I will not fuel at any loves again as well as my guys if she happens to read this by chance thank you for the great services I allowed my drivers to fuel here cause I knew they where going to be taken care of!!! now I get a dirty shower wait forever for coffee and smart mouth boy !!

I drove 10 hours to make a delivery to this location and had booked my shower through the app. Unfortunately, my shower time expired before I was able to use it, so I asked Cynthia for assistance and requested to speak with a manager. Instead of simply allowing me to explain the issue directly, Cynthia began telling the manager what I wanted before I could speak for myself. I then spoke with Ray, the manager, and he did not seem to care about resolving the issue either. No real effort was made to help me. I was told they could not look in the system or do anything to reset my PIN or honor the shower reward, even though the app and in-store system clearly work together when a person checks in and the shower becomes unavailable to others. After I had already paid out of pocket for a shower, I later saw that my code was still valid for 15 minutes. The problem was that I could not find the code in the app at the time, and no one made any effort to help me locate it, print it out, or resolve the problem in any practical way. Staff should have been able to assist me by checking the system, printing the information, or offering some kind of solution instead of doing nothing. As a truck

Worst location, but still great options to eat, Subway and Chester's. The parking and fill stations are a nightmare. We literally waited for nearly 20 minutes to fill up. Once in line in a large vehicle, your options to move are horrible. We were stuck behind and beside trucks that weren't moving at all. Sucked, especially because we are on a time schedule. They should truly redesign the layout of this Love's. We will not return to this location. My husband blew his cool BIG TIME.
